Brian King brings a rare blend of precision, purpose, and servant leadership to his role as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Vantedge Medical. With 25+ years in MedTech — including roles as CEO at Viant, COO at Depuy-Synthes, and Group President of Emerging Markets at Medtronic (Covidien) as well as SVP of Operations for Covidien (60+ Mfg facilities globally, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Engineering & OpEx) — he has supported transformation from the factory floor to the boardroom. A Naval Academy graduate and former carrier-based combat pilot with a Harvard MBA, Brian brings discipline, operational rigor, and a locked-in focus on driving exceptional performance and shareholder value. He is also deeply committed to advancing the collaborative culture that drives Vantedge’s common goal: to save, improve, and extend lives.

With a distinguished tenure in the medical device industry encompassing leadership roles in Manufacturing Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, and Operations Management, he has mastered the transition from complex design to high stakes production. His background is rooted in the rigors of Continuous Improvement and MedTech excellence where he has consistently driven the alignment of engineering innovation with the demands of global manufacturing. Walter’s approach combines deep technical expertise with the disciplined foresight required to navigate regulatory landscapes and optimize supply chain performance. He is a steadfast advocate for utilizing Vantedge’s proprietary First Step™ process to drive the cross-functional collaboration that defines the firm’s core mission: ensuring every engineering solution meets the highest standards of quality to ultimately save, improve, and extend patient lives.

Greg Santorno brings a sharp commercial lens and strong foundation in manufacturing leadership to Vantedge Medical, informed by more than two decades of experience in medical device manufacturing and strategic growth. Prior to his role as CCO, he managed a wide network of teams and accounts as Global Vice President of Sales at Biocoat, Inc. and Vice President of Global Accounts at Viant Medical. From expanding into new markets to maintaining long-term partnerships, Greg has led teams through high-growth, high-stakes environments — always with an eye toward delivering value and making it easier for customers to win.

Scott Frerichs serves as CFO at Vantedge Medical, bringing more than 25 years of financial leadership across manufacturing, MedTech, and private equity-backed businesses. He has taken high-performing teams through every stage of change and growth, from IPOs and M&A to process innovation and supply chain transformation. Known for his operational rigor and cross-functional savvy, Scott has held senior roles at GE, Performance Sports Group, and BPL Plasma, where he served as both CFO and President. At Vantedge, he is driving the financial strategy needed to support long-term growth and precision at scale.
